Getting started with NJIXHOST

Create an account before checkout, sign in with email or Google, and manage linked services from the customer portal.

Create an account

Account creation is free. Create or sign in before purchasing hosting or a WordPress plugin so the order, invoice, and service are linked to the correct customer.

Find a service

Open the dashboard and select the website, email service, domain, or plugin license you want to manage. Each linked website is shown separately.

Start a website trial

When a trial is offered, NJIXHOST provisions it on an NJIXHOST subdomain so you can build before connecting a production domain or purchasing a full term.

WordPress hosting and website management

Use the portal for WordPress access, SSL, PHP, files, FTP, databases, DNS, billing, and support.

Open WordPress securely

For supported linked websites, the WordPress Toolkit provides a portal-initiated sign-in. Its short-lived token is scoped to the selected website and is not a reusable password.

Change PHP or SSL settings

Open Website Management for the selected service. Only PHP runtimes configured on the server are offered. Review the affected domain before applying a change.

Use files, FTP, and databases

Choose the hosting service first, then open File Manager, FTP Accounts, Databases, or Database UI. Access stays scoped to the selected customer website.

Migrating an existing WordPress website

A production migration should preserve the current site until files, data, PHP compatibility, SSL, mail, and DNS are verified.

Before migration

Record the current host, WordPress and PHP versions, database and disk size, active plugins, DNS, mailboxes, and scheduled tasks. Take and verify a complete backup.

During migration

Copy the website and database, test through a temporary address or controlled preview, and leave live DNS unchanged until the copy passes functional checks.

After migration

Switch DNS after approval, verify SSL, forms, and email, monitor errors, and retain the old host long enough to provide a rollback window.

Business email, DNS, and deliverability

Mailbox management and DNS are separate services. Authentication and responsible sending improve delivery but cannot guarantee inbox placement.

Create or update a mailbox

Open Email Accounts, choose the correct mail domain, and create, update, enable, disable, or remove a mailbox within plan limits.

Manage DNS safely

Review the record name, type, value, and TTL before saving. Protected production records cannot be removed through ordinary customer actions.

Improve inbox placement

Use aligned SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, valid reverse DNS, wanted mail, patched applications, and immediate investigation of unusual sending volume.

Billing, renewals, and plugin licenses

Hosting, domains, email, and WordPress plugins can have separate terms and billing states.

Pay an invoice

Verify the service and amount, then use an available payment method. A redirect alone is not proof of payment; the provider must confirm the transaction.

Renew a service

Use the renewal action for the specific service. Renewal dates are calculated from the service term recorded in the portal.

Activate a plugin license

Purchase through the marketplace, assign the WordPress hostname, and enter the issued key in the plugin. A single-host license is not valid on another hostname.

Security, account access, and support

Use two-factor authentication, unique passwords, current software, and documented support and abuse channels.

Protect an account

Use a unique password and two-factor authentication. Never share a login token, password, API key, or recovery code with an unverified requester.

Respond to a compromised site

Preserve evidence, remove malicious files and tasks, rotate exposed credentials, update trusted software, and verify the site before restoring normal access.

Get support or report abuse

Use Contact for help and the Abuse Policy for spam, phishing, malware, or prohibited activity. Include domains, timestamps, errors, and relevant headers.

What is NJIXHOST?

NJIXHOST is a WordPress-focused hosting platform with website hosting, business email, DNS and SSL controls, self-service tools, billing, support, and WordPress plugins.

Can I host more than one WordPress website?

Can NJIXHOST migrate an existing WordPress website?

Yes. Contact support so the website, data, DNS, email, PHP compatibility, testing, and rollback requirements can be assessed first.

Does NJIXHOST guarantee email inbox placement?

Where do I manage a WordPress plugin license?

Sign in to the NJIXHOST portal and open Plugin Licenses. Marketplace licenses are linked to the customer account and assigned hostname.
