Hosting, domain, email, setup, and digital service payments are generally non-refundable once provisioning, setup, registration, renewal, configuration, or activation has started.
Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once submitted to the registrar.
Hosting payments cover server resources, provisioning, configuration, support, and account activation. Once activated, payments are not refundable.
If there is a technical issue caused by NJIXHOST, our team will work to correct the issue. Service correction does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Customers are responsible for renewing before expiry. Suspended or expired services may be reactivated after renewal confirmation.
