Email addresses that belong to your business

A domain mailbox gives your team an address such as hello@example.com or accounts@example.com. The domain identifies the business, while each mailbox has its own login and storage allocation. Choose addresses around real responsibilities so messages reach the people who handle them.

Email access requires an active paid hosting service. The free six-month WordPress website plan does not include mailboxes. A commercial plugin subscription alone does not provide an email hosting service.

Manage mailboxes from your dashboard

The Email section brings together mailbox creation, account settings, passwords, and webmail access. Select a domain connected to your paid service, create the mailbox, and use its settings when configuring your preferred email application. Use the server details shown for your account.

Mailbox counts and storage limits follow your plan. If your business needs additional accounts, the Extra mailboxes option in Email shows the recurring unit price and quantity before you continue to payment. Additional capacity becomes available after payment is confirmed.

Keep domain records and sending identity aligned

Email depends on more than a mailbox login. Your domain needs the correct routing records so incoming messages reach the right mail server. The portal includes email deliverability and domain tools to help review the configuration associated with your service.

Review the authentication records supplied for your account before changing DNS. Keep the details of any existing email provider, website forms, and third-party sending service in the migration plan. Correct configuration helps establish the sending identity but does not guarantee placement in a recipient inbox.

Plan website and email moves separately

Moving your website does not require moving email at the same time. In a transfer request, specify whether you want to keep your current email provider. Preserve the existing mail records while testing the new website unless an email move has also been agreed.

Before an email migration, identify the mailboxes, aliases, stored messages, and devices that need attention. Keep access to the old provider until the new configuration and message handling have been checked. Support can review the scope through your paid account.

Common questions

Is business email included with the free website?

No. Email requires an active paid hosting service. Check the selected paid plan for mailbox allowances and billing terms.

Where can I buy additional mailboxes?

Open Email in your customer dashboard and expand Extra mailboxes. Select the quantity and payment method, then review the order before paying.

Can I keep email at my current provider?

Yes. A website migration can preserve your current email provider. State this preference in the transfer request so mail records can be retained during planning.

Can I use webmail?

The Email section links to NJIXHOST webmail. Sign in with an active mailbox account and its password.
